The impressive son of Western Winter stands at Bush Hill Stud on behalf of Piemonte, for the convenience of farms in Mooi River, Nottingham Road and Rosetta for ease of access for mares.

Last Winter, who was trained by Dean Kannemeyer in South Africa and exported after his sensational run in the Gr1 Sun Met where he finished a mind-blowing and flying 2nd after coming from the back, returned to South Africa after racing in the care of Sir Michael Stoute in the UK.

Racing in the colours of Lady Laidlaw, Last Winter was unbeaten in 4 starts in South Africa from 1200m – 1600m.
