Desert Miracle 9-Length Winner

Desert Miracle 9-Length Winner

Mike De Kock-trained Desert Miracle made her season debut at Turffontein and was once again most impressive, to win by 9 lengths over 1450m for owner Mrs Mary Slack of Wilgerbosdrift under Gavin Lerena.

The Dynasty filly bred by Wilgerbosdrift & Mauritzfontein is out of Welwitschia, a multiple Group winning mare in South Africa with a superb pedigree by Oasis Dream. It is a blue blooded family, including US Gr1 winner Lea, Hong Kong Group winner Tremar and Stroll.

The smart filly has now won three times and placed 2nd twice from five starts and looks an exciting prospect to follow.

Desert Miracle is a half-sister to the talented multiple winner Tree Tumbo.
