Narrow Creek Stud-bred Isivunguvungu (What A Winter) spotted this morning through the lens of Chase Liebenberg Design & Photography at Meydan this morning, as owners Hollywood Racing have their first runner in Dubai

Contesting the Gr1 Al Quoz, Isivunguvungu who put up an impressive effort in the Breeders Cup Sprint on Turf in November at Del Mar, has won and placed in America with trainer Graham Motion.
Isivunguvungu, Champion Sprinter in South Africa with two Gr1 wins under his belt, will have Christophe Soumillon in the irons for the race – Christophe rode the gelding in South Africa twice for a second in the Winchester Sprint Cup and third in the Gr1 Cape Flying Championships at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth.
Graham Motion, talking to Candiese Lenferna, stated that the gelding had been in Dubai for almost 10 days and had done most of his fast work ‘at home’, just freshening him up for the race. “He seems to have settled in well. He drew 7 post today which I think is a good spot. I know it’s a big task but I feel he couldn’t be better. Looking forward to Saturday!”
